Description

Only two owners from new, purchased in Aug 2019 at 37k miles, and now covered 86,698. This has been a very good carwhich has been reliable, economical and nice to drive, we have been to the south of France on several occasions, and with 4wd and a towing capacity of 2100 kg, it is a very useful all rounder. It had a full Skoda history up to 42k, and since then I have done all of the service and repair work myself (retired mechanic) including the timing beltand water pump at 47k, recent discs and calipers, new radiator, ac condensor and oil filter housing, and new bottom rear suspension arms. All history is written out and includes receipts. Fitted with Goodyear Vector all season tyres in good condition and excellent tyres, the 17"alloy wheels are in generally good condition, but with a few kerbing marks, nothing serious. Included are a full set of Skoda rubber mats inc boot area, a Skoda lockable quick release roof bar set, a set of Heko rain guards, a Skoda steel spare wheel and tool kit, and a towbar with 7 pin electrics and a spare number plate. The Elegance spec. is very good, with full leather, heated front seats, air-con, xenon adaptive headlights etc, and it also has the optional off road button. As well as the brilliant varioflex rear seat system, allowing fold down, fold away, and complete removal of the seats, as well as reclining and adjusting and convert to a four seater with more elbow room. Making these cars popular with cyclists and micro campers! There is a bit of blistering in the usual Yeti places, on the back corner of the front doors (already there when we bought the car!) a small dent on the rear n/s wheel arch and 2 small chips on the windscreen, but overall it is in very good condition for a car of its age. Everything works as it should, and ithas just been serviced (85742 miles) The interior is clean and tidy, with no damage to the leather seats , just a bit of wear. If you are looking for a Yeti, this isa very goog example and I'm sure it won't disappoint, they have a huge following and many people wish Skoda hadn't stopped production of them, including myself! We have now bought a Karoq, and while it has moved forward in technology (a good thing?) I don't think it will ever live up to the Yeti's reputation. If you would like to view the car, it is in Perth, Scotland and easily accessible by road/rail.
