For sale is my 2004 Porsche Targa 996.2 with the 3.6L engine with original 18inch factory BBS wheels. Car drives well for its age and mileage. Has extended leather option so everything including sun visors are covered in leather. So no cheap plastics which plagued the 996 gen can be found in this car. Has the upgraded BOSE music system. I have fitted an aftermarket Apple CarPlay / Android auto which works like a dream and has made the car more usable. Has just over 10k spent on it in 2025 with an engine out service, new discs and pads on all corners and 4 new tires. The sliding roof works fine. No leaks or water ingress. All drains were cleared out recently so good for next few years. Now for the bad parts: the driver side front track rod is worn. The retractable sunshade under the sliding roof doesn't work. Needs oil pressure sensor changed as it intermittently throws fault and then start working again. I have the replacement part which I will include in the sale. It recently threw a P0135 error so I fitted a new lambda sensor the issue seems to have gone but new owner should keep an eye on this. Wheels could do with a refurb. And Aircon gas will need recharging. I have stacks of maintenance record to go with it. Comes with 1 key. Personal emergency forces a quick sale hence priced accordingly.
