1984 Jaguar XJS HE V12 - As Seen on Tasty Classics (YouTube) This is my 1984 Jaguar XJS HE V12, the exact car featured on Tasty Classics' YouTube channel, where Ben successfully revived and ran the V12 after it had been dormant for decades. The car has been in my family its entire life and has had only 2 owners. It comes with the V5 logbook and a large amount of paperwork/history. After sitting for around 20 years at my grandparents' house, the car was bought in January 2025 by Ben from Tasty Classics, who documented the recommissioning process on his channel and proved the engine was very much saveable. Seeing the car running again convinced me to reach out and buy it back, as it has huge sentimental value to me. Unfortunately, despite best intentions, I've had to be realistic. I've spent the last year removing the fuel tank and trying to save it rather than replace it, but between limited time, rising restoration costs, and saving for my first house deposit, I can't justify taking the project any further. Condition: Non-runner - fuel tank removed. Engine ran when featured on Tasty Classics. Undercarriage and sills are solid, which is a big plus on these.
