Description
Stunning example of the R56 John Cooper Works Mini from 2010. This is my wife's car which has served us incredibly well as our second run-around for nearly 9 years. It became redundant as a commuter in 2020, since then we've found it being used for every shorter and less frequent local journies, hence now gone for a Mini Cooper SE Electric - the JCW belongs on the open-road, so it's looking for a new home. Due to usage we've only covered 20k miles during our long ownership, but kept it meticulously maintained.
Harmon Kardon and sunroof are nice optins included on this particular car, with grey metallic paint. There are a couple of tiny blemishes on the body work to be expected for a 16 year old car, including a stone chip on the bonnet (there since owning the car, it hasn't penetrated the corrosion layer) and a spot of bubling on the rear quarter (both pictured).
The Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres fitted all-round have 4-5mm remaining usable tread.
Both keys included with original owners manual and pack of receipts. Also there is an OEM cruise control kit which I bought to retro-fit several years ago, but never got around to.
I'll be truely sad to see this car go, it's an absolute delight to use and drive.
