W211 2007 E220 Avantgarde Estate, 272,500 This car remains a great runner thanks to lots of TLC and oil and filter changes at least every 10k. I've had it almost 6 years now, prior to that a good friend had it for motorway commuting, and prior to that his dad had it for a similar commute , so I know a fair way back that the history is very good. Full history, and receipts for all work. Most recently had: new brake lines and flexis new discs, pads and handbrake shoes last year. Control arms and bushings in good condition New fuel filter no.1 injector re tapped (new seal) Rear airbags done 2 years ago (Arnott bags) Dampers replaced approx 2020. New front springs replaced 2021. No DPF (from factory, these just escaped them) EGR valve remains clean at last check. Returns approx 40mpg and on a run will push 50mpg. The paint is in great condition, though there are some bodywork dinks and scrapes unfortunately, and rust on tear arches. Original 16 inch wheels ok condition, plenty of tread left on these Kumho full winter tyres. Inside is in good condition, bar a tear in drivers seat, half leather, tried to look after it. LEDs in interior lights and foot wells keep it bit fresher than original. Still have original first aid kit, space saver wheel and spares kit, and trays for storage under the floor of the 690litre boot space. This car rivals any SUV for space. With some more oil changes and care this should this tip over 300k with the next owner.
