Description
SG19 XOD Vauxhall Astra advert
I have for sale my Vauxhall Astra
It's a 2019 Vauxhall Astra SRi VX-Line Turbo
1.4 Turbo
82k miles
Has a timing chain, not the unreliable belts in the 1.2 / 1.0 Vauxhalls
Really cheap insurance
Really economical
6 Speed Manual
It's a great little car, and drives like new. We have been using it to take our toddler to his child minder and it's been a perfect little family car. Has great tyres, brakes etc.
It has never been in a smash or accident and there's no damaged panels or dents.
I bought it as a "flood damaged car" as it had gone into a deep puddle (it looked like it came up to just above the bottom of the doors when I got it). I carried out a fair bit of work to it since I bought it and spent a lot of time to make sure it was like it never happened, including:
A major service (air filter, oil filter, pollen filter, oil change)
New intercooler
New rear disc brakes and pads
Replaced slave cylinder (which is a big job and a common fault on these)
Removed the entire interior and gave it all a deep clean properly, so there's no hidden dampness or smells. You would never tell.
Runs like new, engine, clutch and gearbox all smooth and we've enjoyed running it. No lights on the dash, no noises or issues.
Has lots of extras such as:
Black 18" VX Line wheels and body kit
Lane Assist
Collision alert (brakes for you if you're about to have an accident (can be turned off))
Large centre console screen
Bluetooth media / phone
Sat Nav
Auto headlights
Auto Wipers
USBs
Speed Limiter
Cruise control
Led DRLs
Front and rear electric windows
Front passenger airbag can be switched off for having a car seat in the front.
Much more besides
Like I mentioned it was in a puddle at some point and although you can't tell, it's a lot cheaper. It's valued at 6,000 without it.
I am looking for 4,150 ono.
