Late December - 1999 Mercedes-Benz C200 Classic Auto (W202) Low Mileage | 1 Previous Owner | Extensive History | One of the Last W202 Models before W203 For sale is my extremely clean and well cared for December 1999 Mercedes-Benz C200 Classic one of the very last of the W202 generation produced before Mercedes introduced the newer C-Class. These early C-Class models represent what many consider the golden era of Mercedes engineering simple, solid and built to last. It's easy to see why they're now being recognised as modern classics and part of the growing "neo-vintage" Mercedes scene. Being a late 1999 example, this is one of the final cars produced from this era, which makes it increasingly rare to find a clean and well maintained example like this today. This particular car has been incredibly reliable and smooth throughout my ownership. I've used it as a daily commuter for the past few years and it has never once let me down. In fact, it's arguably the most dependable car I've owned. The car drives exactly as a proper old-school Mercedes should smooth, comfortable and reassuringly solid on the road. It has clearly been very well looked after throughout its life and comes with a full document pack containing extensive history and maintenance records. There is some bubbling beginning on the arches, which is common on W202s. I had planned to address this but simply ran out of time. Inside, the interior is exceptionally clean and well preserved, exactly what you would hope to see on a well cared for example.
