Description
Pulsar, not Sunny ;-)
And a Series 1/Phase A, from the Kaminokawa plant in Japan.
I've owned this vehicle for 16 years. It's been a well loved and enjoyed car in that time. Has spent the last 5 or so years periodically taxed and then Sorned and kept in a dry, garaged environment most of its life. Car was fully fluids service in 2025. She requires an MOT, will complete this before sale dependent on requirements.
The car is mechanically sounds and starts on the button. Arches were fully replaced by Whites Bodywork's in 2020 (have detailed ) the under car chassis and rails were Dinitrol treated in 2024 by West Hoathly coachworks. She drives very nicely on stock boost pressure, no smoke or rattling. Have mountains of receipts and paperwork. Fitted with a Clifford G5 alarm system and has two keys. She has an up rated Exedy organic clutch (300bhp) and the ubiquitous straight through 2.5 Mongoose exhaust system with 5inch slash-cut tailpipe. Suspension was replaced with Meister-R adjustable coilovers and fully dialled in by SVG Motorsport.
This car has some rare parts, meticulously collected over the years of ownership. The front bumper is the stock, uncut example. The brakes are Brembo Bells and Rotors with 4 piston calipers up front. Rears are stock but were rebuilt in 2023. She has braided lines. This car has the rare (often binned) GTI-R steering wheel and ultra rare Umbrella in the drivers door along with Nissan drivers and passenger door wind deflectors.
A genuinely lovely example of a piece of motorsport and culture history. Car is in storage so viewing by appointment.
