It is with very heavy heart that the time has come that I must let her go. I have had this car for almost 3 years but with age and mileage, the costs to repair her is far too much. I have had my mechanic list all known problems/work required to pass an MOT. Comes with 2 keys. I bought her in June 2023 and up until then, it was serviced regularly ( see pic) My mechanic fitted a clutch in October 2025 but I don't have an invoice for this. He looks after all of my families cars and I just didn't ask for one. Trying to be as honest as possible as I can't bear to phone the local scrap man as it is a rare mini seven and it starts and drives first time every time and it's a stunning car for her age. The mini 7 is a special edition of the first generation (R50) 3 door hatchback, often featuring distinct styling elements to celebrate the classic Mini 1959 introduction. Please someone save her. Will list for a week but then I will have to go down that route if she doesn't go as we need the drive space for my new one which I hope will find soon. She needs two front tyres and drivers front wheel bearing replaced. Needs rear discs, pads, brake calipers, and handbrake cables. You can hear this when you brake and sometimes when you're not even breaking. My mechanic said that is because it is desperate and it's metal on mental. He said he wouldn't recommend driving it incase it seizes but I've still used to go local shop, just a risk if you choose to drive away. Back windscreen wiper has just stopped working, not too sure what is wrong. And.. the yellow warning light is down to the CAT he said..something to do with the emissions, won't pass due to this. Power steering I think is going too but never bothered me. Has a fabulous pioneer cd player. This car has been described as best as I can and the car is sold as seen, no returns. Ask me anything and I'll ask my mechanic as he knows it well. I have just decided with his recommendation that the time has come to put my money into another one but this is a reluctant sale. Need any money I can get for my new one, which I have my eye on from this site. Hayley x
