1990/91 ( H ) Ford Escort XR3i 1.6 Cabriolet Special Edition 5 Speed, 87,573 miles with a folder of history and original service and hand books. 2 Keys, E/ Roof, E/w, C/L , Alloys etc.This car was first Resisted in Jersey on the 3rd of August 1990 and then imported to the UK on the 9th of the 1st 1991. 1/ Bodywork is very Clean and the Roof is perfect 2/ Refurbish Alloys and new tyres + New Battery fitted. 3/ Rust Free Engine bay 4/ Starts and drives very nice. 5/ Has it roof Tonneau cover 6/ Hpi Clear This car requires a small amount of work !!!!!! 1/ Steering Column needs the bushes replaced for The Mot ( See photo of Mot Fail ) 2/ A small amount of surface rust needs treating on the rear subframe ( Advice ) 3/ Both rear Suspension arm pin or bushes are worn ( Advice ) 4/ Not a mot advice but a observation.. ( Gearbox bearing is slightly noises ) This iconic XR3i is in very nice condition inside and out and is only 4 years away from being a out and out classic car. The XR3i Cabriolet prices are only going one way and that up in price. My mechanic is on long term illness at moment so will be asking trade money for this car.
