Description

I'm the 4th owner from new, very reluctant sale of this beast of a car. I bought it in July 2017 with 39k on the clock. Everything is pretty standard all round, aside from one or two bits. I like to keep things as original as possible. Prior to my ownership the car had an uprated clutch and suspension srings fitted. Prodrive performance pack with certificate is also present amongst plenty of receipts and paperwork. New Bridgestone RE070 tyres were fitted all round at 40k along with one alloy wheel refurb. Timing belt kit plus water pump was done prior to my ownership at 39k, I also had the same job done myself at 51k in 2023 for peace of mind as 5 years had elapsed since previous replacement. In 2020 unfortunately the car was involved in a minor incident (major in my mind I was devastated). As I was pulling over to park in front of another car, the driver didn't see my and went to pull out, resulting in some damage to the side of my car. Mainly the offside rear door which was replaced. It obviously wasn't my fault, insurance paid out and I got the repair done at a local specialist of my choice. The job cost 3k to put right. I can honestly say the car was put back to exactly how it was. During my ownership the car has always been garaged and used occasionally as you can see from the mileage. This was also the case for the owner prior to me. I also fitted a new battery recently, tracking device has always been kept active. No expense has been spared with maintenance, it's had regular oil changes usually twice a year, and always run on Shell V-Power even of I have to go the long way round for a Shell garage. Other things to note are the set of genuine Prodrive mudflaps I managed to source. Pretty rare those. I have a set of genuine Subaru wind deflectors, again pretty rare, these are not yet fitted. And I also have a brand new set of genuine Prodrive PFF7 alloy wheels with genuine Prodrive centre caps. These were an optional extra when the car was new. This particular set was old stock from a company in the States. I imported them but just never got round to fitting them. I think I've covered everything but I doubt it, I've probably missed out some details. I've been as honest as I can about the car, what can I say it's pretty immaculate throughout, a very reluctant sale, only reason being I need to buy a house, if there was any way I could keep the car I would. Thank you for looking.
