*PLEASE READ* Issue with a belt relating to clutch detected by independent garage. Advised that it would need to be a Peugeot dealership to fix due to specialist tools needed. The car runs when keeping revs within eco mode with occasional squeaking of the belt. When revs exceed eco mode and the diesel engine kicks in, the belt will squeak and check engine light sometimes comes on if this happens. I am not willing to drive the vehicle as the diesel engine can kick in when idle or reversing, causing the squeaking to start and occasionally check engine light comes on. I thought the vehicle in August 2025 and I had to take it back to the dealership to repair the fan belt and add Adblue additive. I paid 2,700 - not looking to make a profit or rip anyone off. This car needs repairs, but I don't want to pay to take it to a Peugeot dealership, I have sourced another car. I do not know the specifics of what repair is needed, this sale will be on a sold as seen basis, knowing that there is work to be done, or the car will be used for parts. When running, the car was sound, inside is well maintained, good boot size, reversing sensors, electric mirrors.
