Car has oil and engine light on. Good running until the fault. First fault in cars' lifetime. One owner since new. Currently in limp mode Error code: Engine management 1 - 5ND / Engine management IAW 8GSF CAN P1541 - Oil pressure regulating valve. Error Message : Lower signal amplitude too low. Car is in limp mode. Its either the oil pump itself that's failed, the electronic switch/solenoid or the wiring itself. all 3 items require at least the bottom of the engine (sump) to be removed to check.
