We bought this car when it was 18 months old direct from VW in Poole, Dorset as an ex-demonstrator and we've had it for ten years. Always serviced when due and everything replaced when advised. It has new tyres, recent discs/pads, new rear shocks. It is a PERFECT driver, feels tight and as new. It needs NOTHING. No knocks, bangs, bouncy suspension, rattles, creaks etc. You'd be fooled for thinking it had 20,000 on the clock. Upholstery is good with no nasty stains, no knicks, tears or sag. It does need a valet which I'll try and do before sale. Bodywork is great. One or two miner tiny dings that you need a keen eye to see, plus a little scrape on the lower bumper and some lacquer peel on the front bumper in a few spots (see pics). It's the 'Match' spec and has auto lights, auto wipers, auto hand brake, navigation, touch screen, adaptive cruise control (I wouldn't be without that again) and a sprightly and surprisingly nippy 1.4 tsi 122ps engine. Bad points: I've mentioned a few above but clearly I'm being picky. - near side front fog light missing. New unit provided with car but requires fitting. - drivers foot mat worn and needs replacing That's about it. Contact me to ask questions and arrange a viewing.
