Maintained regardless of cost to the very highest standard and valeted regularly. I bought the car 2 years ago from a middle aged enthusiast who had owned the car for many years. It took me a year of searching to find this car, you will not find a better M235 of this age on the market. Although the M235 is an outstanding car, it was always let down by the suspension, far too aggressive for UK roads. I did a lot of research and the Birds suspension upgrade was regarded as the gold standard package. Although not supplied and fitted by birds, it's essentially the same system. It completely transformed the car and is an absolute joy to drive. I also added the genuine BMW limited slip diff. The xHP gearbox software upgrade was also a huge improvement to the gearbox. Spent over 5k getting the car just right. Lots of old invoices Stunning, excellent condition inside and out. G-Techniq paint protection last month. It obviously has some stone chips and age-related marks. Wheels - all 4 being fully refurbished next week. Always cleaned right to the back of the wheel and regularly removed to allow thorough cleaning of the callipers and suspension assemblies. Never taken to public car washes. Big service last month.
