Becoming increasingly rare cars, particularly rare in this 5-door, pre-facelift, dark blue combination. High-revving 2ZZ-GE VVTL-i Toyota/Yamaha engine, shared with Celica T-Sport, Lotus Elise, etc in a subtle sleeper shell. Hits lift perfectly with no unwanted noises. I've loved owning it and drive it daily. Drove between Edinburgh and London in the first week of owning, went great. Recent work (last ~3k miles): - Oil & filter - Headlight lenses restored - Cabin filter - Brembo rear brake pads - OE VVTI solenoid (from 60k Celica breaker) - Water pump (OEM cast impeller) - Drive belt tensioner - Radiator with fresh coolant - Wipers, bulbs, centre caps, parcel shelf, misc - Climate unit taken apart and contacts cleaned Previous work (last ~8k miles): - Coils and spark plugs - O2 Sensors - Tyres - Backbox - Front drop links - Front brake pads (Pagid) with new slide pins + brake fluid flush - Injectors cleaned Has braided brake lines but otherwise largely original. Underside: Good condition with no bubbling around sills or arches. Bodywork: Good overall with age considered, sun fade on the front bumper (see pic 7). Interior: Interior condition is generally good, no rips on the seats. Drivers foot mat some wear. Some climate buttons intermittent.
