I have for sale my 2005 Volvo V70 T S, it has the 2.5 litre 5-cylinder turbo petrol engine producing 210 bhp and has 19 stamps from Volvo in the service history book, low miles at just 86,900 and 12 months MOT , I'm only its third owner. These are often referred to as the last true Volvo designed and built under their ownership, being a 2005 registered car, it benefits from the lower VED (Road Tax) this engine in the newer models has the higher tax. It sits in that perfect history of Volvo where you have safety, build quality, reliability and combined with quite surprising performance. I bought this car in 2020, since then it's had four Michelin tyres fitted and has a total of 19 stamps from Volvo main dealers. Oil service at Stockport Volvo at 77k is the most recent Volvo stamp and then at 83k was serviced myself (May 2025) with fully synthetic oil 5W-30, oil filter, air filter, cabin filter and 5 x spark plugs, always filled up with Super Unleaded, uses no oil or water, has both Volvo keys, still has supplying dealer rear window sticker and matching dealer supplied number plates and a Volvo boot protector. The rear seats have the Volvo built in mesh dog guard. The cars colour is pearlescent red with a light cream interior, it has front heated seats, working a/c, cruise control, parking sensors front and rear and comes with both keys and remote central locking. Full book pack/manuals etc. It has a tow bar fitted but I've never used it. Drives amazing and has low owners (I'm the third) , one of the most practical and comfy all round cars I've ever owned. The reason for sale is I bought this for my Dad six years ago so he could fit his mobility scooter in the boot easily and he needed an automatic, the cars no longer needed now. Getting quite rare these 2.5 V70's with the 5-cylinder petrol engine , please don't mix up with the lower power 2.4 cars. No faults and no warnings, it has an amazing MOT history with sixteen green passes without advisories, most recent MOT just needed the handbrake adjusting and one advisory which for a 21 year old car shows how well these are built and this cars great condition for its age.
