The Land Rover Defender Adventure Edition was one of three 'Celebration Series' models produced to mark the end of the classic Defender’s long production run in 2016. The Autobiography Edition promised more performance, luxury and comfort than ever before thanks to its comprehensive equipment list, while the Heritage Edition was inspired by early Land Rover models, mixing nostalgic design cues and colours with modern creature comforts. Our example is the Adventure Edition, which was aimed at Land Rover customers who relish the great outdoors and embrace the Defender's “go anywhere, do anything” attitude. Distinctive features included special paint colours such as Phoenix Orange, Corris Grey and this example, Yulong White. All Adventure Editions featured a contrasting black roof and bonnet, LED projector headlamps, diamond-turned alloy wheels and added underbody protection for serious off-road use. Inside, the Adventure Edition offered upgraded luxury with Windsor leather upholstery, aluminium trim and premium detailing. With accessories such as a roof rack and snorkel, it combined the Defender’s traditional toughness with commemorative styling and enhanced comfort.
