Whenever the sun is out, whatever the time of year, the soft top is down within 15 seconds at the touch of a button. For the non-petrol head, it drives beautifully with 6 gears, is great fun and puts a smile on your face...especially when the roof is down. Even in winter, when the skies are blue and the sun is out, the roof comes down, the heated seats and aircon come on and it's an absolute joy to take it out for a spin, even if it's down the road for a coffee or the Sunday papers. For the petrol head, it's a punchy 1.4 TSI Petrol: 1,390cc, 4-cylinder, 16-valve turbocharged/supercharged engine producing 160 PS (158 bhp) that offers a nippy 0-62 mph time of 8.6 seconds. Outside, the 'Rebel without a Cause' 50's styling includes 17-inch Orbit Black alloy wheels and chrome mirror caps. On the inside are 4 bold black and red leather seats and a sports instrument cluster with three racing style dials on the dashboard. Hook in your music or phone via bluetooth but you need to use your phone for Sat Nav. Plenty of room in the boot for the weekly shop and the back seats drop down to accommodate longer items like a golf club driver or a pogo stick (sorry, couldn't think of another long, thin thing).
