Reliable, High-Spec Volvo S40 - Lightly Used & Over-Serviced Selling as we have recently upgraded to a new car. We have owned this vehicle for the last 3 years and it has served us well, covering only 14,000 miles in our ownership (around 3k miles since the last service, MOT done on 16 March 2026). This is a smoke-free, comfortable saloon that has been very well looked after. Ready for a new home. Condition & Maintenance: The car is in generally clean condition and has been "over-serviced" to ensure reliability. For peace of mind, the common Volvo's windscreen seal issue has been professionally repaired end of January in anticipation of the sale (see pictures). It's a 14 year old car so I tried to take pictures of general wear and tear with surface marks where possible. Points to Note: * The car comes with one key. * The rear parking sensors are currently temperamental after the bumper caught a stone 'kerb' while reversing on our drive (I hope it's just a loose contact, but was not brave enough to take the rear bumper off). * One rear tyre potentially has a slow puncture/valve leak and may need attention soon, although checked during MOT and no issues found. * Built-in Sat-Nav (working but maps will be very dated) plus a phone charger and dashboard holder included for modern navigation. Viewings best during weekends, but potentially available during the day as well. No test drives without a proof of insurance and driving license. MOT Notes 16.03.2026: * Minor: *Suspension arm ball joint dust cover severely deteriorated Nearside Front. * Advisories: * Brake hose has slight corrosion to ferrule Front (both sides). * Brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened Front.
