I've owned this car since it was 1 year old (around 9 years) and it's been ultra reliable, not one thing has gone wrong. 35 road tax, its swift, I average around 54 mpg. Maintenance / history: - Full service history (early years at SEAT, then maintained by my trusted local mechanic) - Minor service just done (inc. K&N air filter cleaned and re-oiled) - Major service last year including gearbox oil change and coolant change - Cambelt replaced on schedule at ~70k miles (see photo) - Rear shocks replaced last year. Long MOT (to 12.02.2027) Tyres: 2 brand new matching Pirelli tyres just fitted - Pirellis all round. Condition: - Interior is excellent - mainly just me driving, no kids or pets. - Exterior is tidy for age/mileage, but please note there is a crease along the passenger side (mainly on the rear door, extending slightly onto the front door and rear arch). I've shown this in the photos (circled on one) and included a video, so you get a good idea of how it looks as light reflects off it. Reason for sale: only selling as I fancied a change after 9 years! Paperwork: I have all receipts/invoices for servicing etc.
