Description
2008 Mitsubishi L200 Warrior
Automatic with 158,559 miles. This is a very genuine, well looked after pickup that has been in the same family since almost new.
The truck was originally purchased by my father-in-law from a ** dealership in Harlow**, and I personally took him to buy it at the time. It was always his pride and joy and maintained carefully throughout his ownership. For a truck that is nearly 18 years old, it is in very good condition and clearly hasn't had the hard life that many pickups have.
Mileage: 158,559
Keys
2 remote fob keys (one casing worn but still works)
2 canopy keys
Features & extras
Automatic gearbox
Warrior model
Canopy with side windows
Rear canopy glass that drops down for carrying longer items
Roof rails on canopy and truck
Reverse parking sensors
Bluetooth stereo
LED main beam bulbs
Additional 4x4 LED road light. Interior is very clean for its age. The front leather seats have always had protective covers fitted but had slight wear on the driver's side from getting in & out but no tares, helping preserve them, and it also has a new centre armrest installed, so it raises it higher, as factory storage armrest was abit low. Armrest also has two cup holders & tissue compartment.
Maintenance & history This truck has been extremely well looked after by both my father-in-law and myself:
Full front end rebuild during my ownership
Timing belt replaced (paperwork for both along with anything that has been done on the truck from day one)
Serviced 2 months ago (oil dropped out and refilled by myself with 7 litres of shell oltimax oil & new oil filter)
Oil and filter changed regularly every 12-16 months. (oil drops & new filters everytime)
Receipts for oil and filters kept.
Oil always drained properly and disposed of correctly
Tow ball & electrical outlet next to it. (never used by either of us)
Redex injector cleaner added every 3-6 months
Large history file with receipts going back to when the truck first hit the road
The last MOT had Advisorys & all have been fixed with proof of receipt, which says a lot about the condition and maintenance of the vehicle.
Bad points (being honest):
MOT until 3rd April (only didn't get another due to moving my insurance to my new pickup) & Sorn it on a driveway. Driver's front tyre inner edge worn (from wear before the front end rebuild). Small crack in front left wheel arch from pressure from another vehicle. Overall this is a very honest, mechanically well maintained L200 Warrior.
