Description

Selling our Suzuki Ignis which has been a little trooper of a car. Suzuki haven't seen another with this many miles! Priced accordingly but it's still in decent shape. We're selling this as my wife now has a 200 mile motorway commute and wants something a bit bigger, and I've already got a little runabout. Sad to see it go really but someone will get good use out of it I'm sure. We're not driving this much now but the miles may creep up a little. Good points: 60mpg is very easily achievable. 70 if you're careful. Even when you're belting down the motorway it's in the 50s. Clutch replaced 2 years ago. Aircon compressor packed up 6 months ago and was replaced with a brand new one. Works great now. Bluetooth, satnav, and reversing camera. Electric mirrors. Tinted rear windows. Strong service history, I'm not too good at getting the book stamped but I have a folder full of receipts to prove we've looked after it. Split folding rear seats that also slide forwards and back. Weighs less than a tonne so flicks about nice as you like. Tightest turning circle of anything I've ever driven. More aerodynamic than a Lamborghini Aventador. I try to be honest when selling a car so bad points for your awareness: Front passenger window doesn't go down. Hit a deer once and the front bumper bears the scars. Tried to show this in the pictures. It's passed many MOTs like this already. Strangely it has a bit of rust above the windscreen (pictured). There isn't rust anywhere else, and it's been like this for ages and doesn't seem to be getting worse. Has been used for a million tip runs, I've only given it a quick clean so the pictures are a fair representation of the wear and tear. I will get it properly cleaned for the new owner. Might need the usual fiddly suspension bits doing for the MOT in June (bushes and boots, nothing major). Otherwise I don't forsee any problems. It is a bit crashy over potholes but with a refresh on the suspension maybe that will go away. Two keys, but only one of them is a remote fob, the 2nd one has to go in the door like the old days. Please feel free to get in touch, but I know all the scams so don't waste your time with that. I work full time but partly from home so will do what I can with viewings. Test drives welcome as long as you've got insurance. You crash it you buy it!
