Welcome to my advert! I have owned this car for approx 3 years and it's been very reliable and a great car! When I purchased the vehicle it had approx 20k miles so it was like brand new. I have always had it serviced meticulously with genuine honda oil as my father is a mechanic. Lots of receipts for all the work done and recent mot advisory has been rectified (photo inc) all the tyres are good and recently serviced. The previous mot history is excellent with no under body corrosion noted. The front discs have been replaced along with the essential rear differential service and serpentine belt. This vehicle has a timing chain and a proper automatic gearbox (not cvt and wet belt) These cars can potentially do over 200k miles if serviced regularly. This vehicle may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for as it's the desired petrol automatic EX model. Factory fitted dual screen dvd system with a pair of wireless headphones and a factory installed subwoofer under the passenger seat. The heated leather is in excellent condition as I have always treated it with leather conditioner. It's had a new windscreen (auto glass) as I had a stone crack it on the motorway so no stone chips on it. It had a private plate which I have recently removed before sale. Any inspection more than welcome 2 keys and all the books. I am the second driver from new as it was registered to the daughter and then the son after the original owner had passed away but the car was never used, hence the low mileage when I purchased the car.
