Vauxhall Meriva 1.4 Active Plus. Great family car which has served me well over the last 15 months covering 15000 miles and in that time; no issues and brilliantly reliable. Frugal 1.4 engine which averages 40mpg, comes with roof rack and towbar with single electrics. Always looked after as I needed it to be reliable for a 53 mile commute, list of parts replaced since last summer include: *New rocker cover gasket *New spark plugs *New front brake pads and discs *New front winter tyres *New exhaust front section including flexi and O2 sensor. *Reverse light switch In the last week it has now also had: *Oil and filter service *New air filter *New auxiliary belt and tensioner *Offside front track rod end *Fresh Mot so 12 months Mot The bodywork isn't perfect with the odd small dent and lacquer peel but still looks smart. This was a last of the line special edition model which has added features such as climate control, anti dazzle interior mirror, tinted rear windows, pull up tables to rear seats and 16" alloys. It also has a full size spare alloy in the boot! It was registered as a write off at some point before my ownership but repaired to high standard with a replacement door. Talking of previous ownership - I know the clutch was replaced just before I bought it too. A very reliable and trusty car which has done me proud. Ready for its next adventure.
