Ok here we go it is with great regret that we are selling our beloved FAULTY. A new addition to our mini family forces the sale. Faulty is a 998cc Mayfair completely nut and bolt restoration all new panels and paint where needed (not done by myself) we bought it in this condition and have a full ring binder of photos and work completed the body is pristine.in our ownership I have upgraded the brakes at the front with 4 pot calipers and discs from minisport and a new set of dampers all round, A short shifter and a brand new set of wheels and tyres only a month ago. Now the bad bits there is a bit of paint bubbling below the fuel filler I think a bit spilt and didn't get cleaned off in time, car was in the garage over winter from Oct 25 till the start of march this year. It has developed an annoying miss fire I have replaced everything on the ignition side so the only thing it could be now is the carburettor so maybe a good clean and a rebuild. Runs fantastic when it's up to temp. Any viewings or questions welcome we are not in any rush to sell. Thanks for looking. Sorry forgot to mention we upgraded the seats to later spi cloth seats but do still have the original interior to go with if required.
