I've owned this car for over 6 years, during which I have covered approximately 80,000 miles myself. The car has been extremely well maintained with oil services every 5,000 miles (Millers CFS 5W40 NT+, NGK R7438-8 spark plugs, and genuine OEM filters)
20,000+ spent on modifications
Don't let the mileage put you off, this car has been very reliable and the car is in fact still running the original factory water pump, which has shown no signs of failure
Although I have built this car around track use, it's only seen 2 track sessions (2 trips to the Nurburgring)

Bad bits:
Paint flaking on arches from tyres scrubbing on initial track use
Front splitter has a small crack/chip in the centre
Front grilles - heavily stone chipped
Fog lights deleted with retrofitted OEM Leon Cupra grilles - heavily stone chipped
Rear diffuser at the bottom (not visible unless you're on the floor) has bubbled slightly due to heat from the exhaust
Some of the exhaust heat shields at the back of the car rattle slightly
