1.Retuned Springs and Dampers: The suspension springs and dampers were recalibrated to provide a more refined balance between handling dynamics and ride comfort.
2.Enhanced Stabilizer Bars: The i8 Roadster received thicker stabilizer bars to reduce body roll, improve handling responsiveness during cornering.
3.Revised Control Arm Bushings: BMW updated the bushings in the control arms to increase chassis rigidity, improve steering precision.
4.Adaptive Suspension Tuning: The adaptive suspension system was retuned to provide more responsive handling in sport modes, enhancing the car's agility without compromising daily comfort.
5.Improved Weight Distribution: The i8 Roadster LCI included some chassis revisions to better accommodate the Roadster's design, which in turn provided a more balanced weight distribution, improved driving dynamics.
These upgrades with the i8's lightweight carbon fibre structure, allowed the LCi version of the i8 Roadster to offer more engaging and composed driving experience. Car fitted with Pilotsport 4s Tyres, 235's Front, 265's Rear (all good with 5-6mm of tread left). These tyres deliver a slightly more weighted turn in, more supple feel, more grip so a nice upgrade.

Perhaps the nearest carbon fibre chassis based equivalent is a Maclaren Artura, cost 130-200K and so an i8 Roadster represents an absolute bargain, likely future classic.
