I'm the 3rd owner of this car and I have purchased this from Wearside Audi in Sunderland. The previous owners and I have looked after this car very well. The only reason for sale is I now moving onto a company car scheme. This is pretty much a fully loaded example of the 2017 A4 Avant. I bought the car with 1 year Audi Approved warranty and I have opted in to extend this with 4 more !!! year RAC Platinum Warranty. Now this still has a little more than a year left at the time of this listing. It is valid until 26.03.2027. and I can transfer this Free of Charge to the new owners name with a phone call and an email. This is a huge benefit for a car like this and a very rare find on the market. The T&Cs of this warranty will be shared with the new owner beforehand and they will get a new confirmation and policy transfer document from RAC. The only condition the sale has to be private (from me) to a private buyer deal with proof of purchase - contract and payment receipt. Now I'll try to list the features and extras here: 4 Wheel drive Quattro, Factory Tinted back windows, Half Leather S Line sport seats, Heated on front, Heated and auto dimming mirrors, 3 zone climate control, cruise control, Built in satnav, DAB radio, electric lumber support on front seats, auto head lights and wipers, electronic child locks, 3 iso-fix points 2 back 1 front passenger seat, automatic boot lid, rubber boot liner, electronic auto hand break, Apple Car Play or Android Auto, Luggage cover roller and mesh dog / luggage guard, 2 keys, Full Service, MOT for a year, The car has a few small stone chips on the bonnet and the driver side alloy wheel has a curb mark on it but not massively noticeable, on the passenger side dash aluminium inlay there is a small hairline scratch but not very prominent and replacement can be bought fairly cheaply from online stores.
