This has been a wonderful car to own, but it's time to move on to a van for work. It's a well-specced 5 Series that's always been looked after properly serviced mainly at BMW specialist garages, with any issues dealt with as they've come up rather than left to get worse. It drives and looks great for its age and mileage, with no signs of mechanical issues. The aircon blows cold, the heated seats work as they should, and the headlights don't leak if you know F10s, you'll know why that's worth mentioning. It's probably the best car I've had the pleasure of owning. Loads of space for trips and tasks, extremely comfortable, and smooth to drive. I'll genuinely be sad to see it go. Spec highlights: 19" alloys Panoramic sunroof Professional navigation (larger screen) Harman Kardon audio Black roof rails and trim Factory tinted rear windows Maintenance & work done: Gearbox serviced at 65k and again at 130k (BMW says sealed for life most specialists disagree if you want it to actually last) Rear air suspension bags and valve replaced (2020) Steering wheel retrimmed in black (~2 years ago) Quality brakes and tyres fitted Both recent recalls completed (driver airbag and EGR cooler) Honest flaws (it's not perfect): It lives in London, so it's picked up age-related marks and scuffs as you'd expect Windscreen has a small patch of delamination and a repaired stone chip Alloys have kerb marks Front bumper has a bit of damage on one corner Driver's seat bolster has some wear/sag from use None of that detracts from what is still a great-looking, well-maintained car with a solid spec.
