Land Rover Defender 90 year 1998 2.8i BMW engine Only 556 90's were made by Land Rover when BMW owned Land Rover, very sort after and rare, should be a solid investment! (Two of the owners on the log book are myself and my wife) All the 2.8i cars were for South Africa market and this car spent most of its life there, the car is rust free and I have applied lanoguard each year since I've owned it We have owned the car for nearly four years, starts on the button It has immobiliser fitted, electric windows, air conditioning, rear air helper bags, front doors have central locking, loads of other improvements, including leisure battery and inverter, Led lights , there is a centre console. But at the moment I have a fridge fitted, and is included in the sale along with the centre cubby box, the car is very reliable Drives very well, sounds amazing, We have just returned from a 400 mile camping trip around Devon/cornwall, the car never missed a beat! The paint work is a little flat, due to South Africa sun, but for me it's just great patina Overall condition is good (Drives like a car with low miles, but mileage can not be guaranteed as it an imported car) These 2.8i are very sort after, there are two on the internet up for sale at the moment - one at over 44 thousand pounds the other at 36 thousand.
