FSH, cream leather seats, heated seats, M Sport, 118d, upgraded M-Sport alloys, immaculate. Here is my BMW 1 series. I only bought the car in October and I've absolutely loved it, the MPG is amazing especially on longer motorway journeys, the car and its alloys are absolutely immaculate inside and out, plus the car is unmodified, no tunes or mods etc. I am reluctantly selling the car as I've started a new job where I get a brand new car for basically nothing which I simply can't refuse otherwise I'd keep this car for years. I have been paying for a BMW service plan and have been taking it to main dealership only during my ownership, the service history is all manufacturer apart from the car's most recent service which was carried out by the dealership I bought the car from, I have an invoice for this and the car does have full service history. MOT history is immaculate with only Tyres as advisories for the car's entire life which you can check on the Gov website. I also took out a 2 year warranty on the car when I bought it which hopefully can be transferred to your name, I will have to make sure of this so don't hold me to it.
