Just been recommissioned after a long spell in dry storage, our original plan was to totally restore this car to show condition but have decided due to far too much work load,to get it mechanically sound, mot'd and leave for its next owner to decide to use it as is or as a rolling project ,or go that step further. ....... Just been through our workshop having just had the following- Oil and filter change (genuine maserati) Air filters (genuine maserati) Pollen filters Spark plugs Gearbox oil and filter change Rear diff oil change Dave shanks Uprated throttle body (brand new) Dave shanks Uprated throttle pot(brand new ) and both very common and expensive problems. Has tubi exhaust system and asseto corsa alloy wheels Factory red brembo calipers. Driving extremely well. If we we were to keep the car ,the jobs I would have liked to do would have been front end paint and rear quarters due to a few spots of lacquer peal and replace timing belt (although miles wise ,it was not done all that long ago at main agents) also oil pressure sensor could do with changing as sometimes reads wrong. No warranty given or implied, its a 25 year old car.
