About the Category S status: This car carries a Category S marker, and I want to be completely transparent. A low-speed impact to the offside rear quarter at approximately 20mph resulted in cosmetic damage that an insurer's chosen bodyshop quoted extravagantly to repair. (June 2025) Don't let the default Category S deter you. This is not a structurally damaged car and its overall provenance suggests this is fairly priced. The insurer factoring in age and mileage rather than rarity wrote it off. No structural damage was sustained. No chassis damage. This was confirmed by the repair centre that carried out the work.
