Description
2011 / 11 Volkswagen Touareg 3.0 V6 TDI (245) Altitude.
Full MOT till 11th April 2027.
Oil change service carried out on 12th March 2026. The dreaded sunroof drains were cleared out at the same time so easily flushed out going forward.
Owned for the last four years. 3 previous owners.
4 x Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV tyres, including 2 newly-fitted earlier this year.
Genuinely one of the highest spec 2nd generation 7P Touaregs you're likely to see on sale this year. Just before we got it in late 2021 I looked at several hundred examples online in search of the optional extras this has and this was the only one that had them all at the time.
The following optional extras were all fitted from new:
- Area View (360-degree camera composite using cameras in front bumper, underside of each wing mirror and tailgate)
- Panoramic Sunroof
- Airbag Pack (Driver's Knee Airbag; Rear seat-mounted Side Airbag; Rear Seatbelt Pretenionsers)
- Adaptive Cruise Control with Front Assist (desired distance easily set on cruise control stalk)
- Lane Assist
- Side Scan Lane Change / blind spot Assist
- ProActive Passenger Protection (pre-emptive seatbelt pre-tensioning in emergency situations, like Mercedes Pre-Safe)
- 3-position memory settings for driver seat and exterior mirrors
- 12-way electrically-adjustable driver and front-passenger comfort seats inc. adjustable side bolsters plus 4-way adjustable headrests
- "Vienna" premium leather upholstery (between "Cricket" standard leather and top Nappa leather)
- Retractable Towbar
Being an Altitude it got a lovely Heated Steering Wheel as standard over the SE. This one also has remote unlocking of the split rear seat backrest from the boot even though the pricelist suggests only the Hyrbid and V8 TDI got this and doesn't list it as a optional extra.
As you can see from the pics Area View's front camera isn't displaying currently. I've bought a spare camera off Ebay in case that's the issue but haven't fitted it yet so it's included in the sale.
The condition is excellent for its age as you can hopefully see. There are some marks here and there and a small crease under the tailgate badge (that looks pretty symmetrical as if it's by design). A stage 2 paint detailing job was carried out last October.
