1978 MGB GT in excellent condition, the car was fully rebuilt in 2015 I have loads more pictures the engine had a full rebuild when I bought it with invoices. The gearbox with overdrive went to a specialist gearbox restorer. anything that could breakdown has been replaced, electronic ignition with a sports coil, new starter motor and new SU original equipment fuel pump. the sharp eyed will see it has been converted from a rubber bumper this has been done professionally (makes the car lighter and better fuel consumption) on a trip to Poland in 2017 it returned 36 to the gallon. it also has MX5 mark 1 front seats for comfort these have been mounted on the original seat mountings so its an easy job if you want to put original seats back (sorry I don't have them) the wheels are MGB Limited Edition also fully refurbished with new tyres in 2015. its been up to Peter Burgess and had the engine set up inc new needles in the carbs. it moves as good as it looks. Loads of paperwork, MOT exempt but I'm a retired mechanic so its well looked after. Always garaged. We've had loads of fun with it but it spends too much time in the garage now so its time to go.
