Description
A rare opportunity to acquire one of the few 365 GT4 BBs supplied new to the UK. This example was ordered on 2 April 1974 and delivered via Maranello Concessionaires, finished originally in Rosso Chiaro with a Pelle Blu interior.
The history file is comprehensive, retaining original Ferrari factory shipment notes, together with detailed reports from noted Ferrari historians Marcel Massini and Tony Willis. Early in its life, the car remained in the UK with a series of private custodians. During the ownership of Richard Price, the car became well known on the concours circuit, featuring in a number of publications and securing awards including at Prescott in 1985. Throughout this period, it was maintained regardless of cost.
Subsequently exported to Southeast Asia, the car entered the collection of Jon Wijaya, who commissioned its refinishing into the striking Rosso Corsa with Nero sill accents and a Crema interior that it presents in today. In 2015, the car was awarded “Red Book” Classiche Certification from the Ferrari factory. In recent years, the car has continued to benefit from significant investment, with over £40,000 spent since 2016 on maintenance and servicing by a recognised marque specialist, including a service completed in February 2026.
Now presenting in excellent condition with fewer than 40,000 miles showing, this is a highly usable, well-documented example of Ferrari’s iconic Berlinetta Boxer. Equally at home on the road or the concours field, it is a car that delivers on every level, rarity, provenance and presence.
