Description

We are selling our VWT6 Caravelle Generation Six Edition. I could use Ai to try and complete this advert and try and put the best spin on it as I can, but no. This is just a really nice looking bus/van that turns heads, makes smiles and is really practical for a growning family. For those who name their vehicles, she is called Bonnie. She is a very dependable and versatile VW Caravelle with a rear seat system ideal for most family situations, whether it be camping (bench seat folds flat), use of the table that makes meals on the go so much easier, take them all out and you have a van perfect for the largest of recycling centre runs. She has covered just over 108,500 with no expense spared as the invoices will show. Replaced wheel bearings, the Bi-turbos were replaced last summer cambelt replaced at the same time. Shock absorbers that were flagged on the latest MoT were replaced by VW Dundee this week. Both front and rear sets of pads are new and I have just put a pair of Continentals on the front in the last two months In terms of tech, it has adjustable suspension (comfort/normal/sport), it is loaded with adaptive cruise (great on long motorway runs holding a set distance from the vehicle in front), automatic sliding doors, satnav, bluetooth (androidauto) but to name a few. Spare wheel. Oodles of storage under the rear seats and in door bins. Rear factory sun blinds are great. It does turn heads as there were only 195 sold in the UK, so if you are shy and don't like being stared at and getting smiles, this might not be the vehicle for you. It is a stunning looking vehicle and if I could justify keeping I would, but we moved to Fife in February and it is just slightly too big for parking easily at the new house so I am looking to downsize. Honesty bit now. There is a small ding in the tailgate from a previous owners time and a tiny carpark ding in the drivers door, but nothing a paintless smart repair wouldn't handle, and the drivers mirror did take a wack in the lanes about a year ago and has been repaired but is fully functional and still auto folds. Being realistic, the nearside front shock will probably need replacing at some point down the line as they do if you read the forums, but the expensive upkeep is all done at this stage. Viewing recommended. We are not in a mad rush to sell, so please no silly low offers. The van/bus is in Anstruther, Fife. I am in Edinburgh most Thursdays. (It will be in Wiltshire between 6th-10th April)
