Top spec facelift civic 1.8l type S GT FN1 with most of the extras: pan roof, cruise control etc. I have had this car since October 2025 as my first car, it has done me well but I have decided to move on to something a bit smaller. 133,xxx miles, may rise slightly as it is still in use. Well waintained, fully stamped service book with lots of receipts, 2 keys, v5 present, 3 previous owners. Last serviced 21/03/26 by myself (oil change, oil filter, engine air filter). Fresh MOT until 12/02/2027. Lots of work done, 1000+ spent since feb 2025, mechanically solid: - Front shocks, springs, discs and pads - tyres - battery - Gearbox, brake fluid, rad flush + coolant - Spark plugs - blower motor - Wiper blades - Radio and speedometer resolder Bad bits: -AC doesnt work, will need a re--gas at least -Occaisonal Starter noise on a cold start I am aware the car has an advisory for rust on suspension mounts. We believe this was a bit of an over-cautious one but the rear torsion beam is a bit crusty. Can provide images if you are interested.
