For sale is my Land Rover Defender 90. Previously a 90 pickup I have converted the back and added also added rear seats. I have owed this for just over 2 years. And during this time I have done so much to (I have listed below) I bought this from a farmer up north that had owned it since it was 1 year old. He had all previous maintenance done at a local garage to him in Ripon, but had no record of this when I bought. The plastic oil pump had gone during his ownership (a common problem with these, he had the engine rebuilt, new metal oil pump and new clutch at the same time. I bought at 87,000 miles if I remember correctly.) During my ownership I have converted from a pick up to a van back, full repaint of roof, back, rear door, van back sizes and passenger door, and various mechanical items. Listed below; -2 full services (one of which a month ago) -New Turbo (at 89,000 miles) -New EGR valve (this week, as was squeeking upon exit, as well as new wiper blades) -Silicone boost pipes -Full sound deadening to roof, cab and back -Carpet bulkhead -Mudflaps -Side Steps -New wheels & Tyres -Wheels powder coated black -Wheel Spacers -New head unit, speakers and sub (tucked behind passenger seat -Arm rest -Internal van back trims -Rear seats -Tracking done -Sump guard -Bumbers and crossmember repainted -New Grills -New vent covers -LED lights all round (bar headlights) -Rear step -New mirrors -Metal seat box corners -New arches -Black badges -Land Rover rear rubber mats -Land Rover front rubber mats -New number plates (I am sure there's more) This is an honest solid truck, it is by no means perfect but it has been my pride and joy. I have loved doing this as a pastime. I have rakes of photos from the day I bought this to the current day if you wish to see more. Reason for sale is I have a van I use for work and this and a RR L322 just sat there. So I am looking to replace with a newer, comfier Land Rover.
