This is a Mitsubishi L200 Dakar edition. Built by mitsubishi mechanics at the Staffordshire Truck Company( STC). If you like L200s you know who these guys are. I have owned the truck for 2 years past in January have only driven about 14000 miles since engine rebuild. it has about 76k miles on the clock and i had to personally bed the brand new engine in. This truck had only done about 63 Prior to its rebuild. Its first oil change was carried out at 500 miles after this was essential after having a brand new engine. It has been serviced every 5000 miles along side a full 12 month MOT. All fluids and oils used are to STC's standards. Equipped with a safari snorkel, bull bar, rock sliders, LED light bars and competition modular wheels wrapped in cooper STT pro tires for ultimate off- road capability. Leather seats also, ran them with seat covers ever since a bought it to protect them, (i fitted the reversing camera) This truck has undergone a comprehensive restoration process taking the chassis back to the bare steel and rebuilt using advanced sealer. Every aspect of this truck is restored and upgraded including the fuel tank, brake lines, wishbones, ball joints, and steering components. The ride has been enhanced with upgraded shock absorbers, springs and a custom fabricated suspension lift. The entire braking system has been replaced with new callipers, discs, pads, shoes and drums along side nylon bushes throughout the truck for added durability. A custom fabricated stainless steel side exit exhaust has also been installed which sounds like a beast and has real road presence. The truck's interior has full leather seats in black which have recently been refurbished along side new carpets all done in Staffordshire trucks trim shop. To top off this build the engine has been fitted with a fully rebuilt Staffordshire trucks signature red top engine using Mitsubishi parts. Along side a heavy duty clutch and timing gear.
