A loved family car - two owners (my dad and I) from new. A real classic when launched as we were able to spec the interior with red and black fit out from Mini. As you would expect with a car of this age there are a couple of items that do not work, the electric mirrors are now manually adjustable, and the central locking unlocks the car, but for some reason you need to use the key in the drivers door. Parking sensor at the rear does not work properly. That said, everything else still works, including the air con, heated seats, sunroof, etc. The car has recently had a new exhaust section fitted and has a valid MOT until 20 October 2026. Runs great and would suit someone who loves the Mini brand and maybe wants to continue looking after this great classic car. One final thing, my father had a minor accident in the car in August 2018 and his insurance company did not want to pay for the repairs so they wrote the vehicle off as a "CAT N Non structural damage, can be repaired". We purchased the car back and repaired the drivers door and replaced the windscreen and the car has been driven all okay since with no issues.
