Private sale of my Vw Touron, please read description in full. VW Touron, 2007, 2L TDI diesel, automatic, 5 door, metallic blue, 7 seater, remote central locking, electric windows/mirrors, power steering, air con, CD/radio stereo, original manuals, part service history stamped, MOT 11th May 2026. Clean interior for year, smoke free, pet free car, Starts and runs well but requires some TLC, attention and maintenance please read in full. Intermittent turbo fault will need looking at. (Explained below) Recent x4 brand new tyres, discs and pads, well looked after, good family car. Very versatile ways to fold and remove seats in the rear and lots of handy storage compartments. It was purchased as a project to convert into a day van surf camper. I just haven't had the time to start the project. The car runs and drives pretty smooth and is very reliable. Although this is a great car it will require some attention so please consider this when purchasing. Parts that need attention Front window screen is cracked, will need replacing. (Insurance can do this). The bodywork is a beautiful blue metallic colour and the car cleans up really nicely. It does have age related wear and tear. Please expect a few scratches, dinks, and imperfections to the paint as the car is a well used 2007. The Turbo unit needs checking, cleaning out or replacing? I haven't had it looked at properly but have been told with a repaired turbo the car is in very good mechanical condition. The car drives well and is useable if driven gently around town. It does seem to have an intermittent fault if you accelerate to hard and push it to use the turbo. Sometimes it is fine and the car is still very quick and smooth but other times it puts the engine into limp mode so you have to stop and reset it by turning the car on and off. New turbo units are readily available and can be fitted so then the car will be fine. I just don't have the time or money to do it right now so it's priced low to allow the buyer to get the repair done. The car is way too good to scrap and has plenty of life and miles left in it. The car has been re-advertised due to time wasters so please contact me if you are seriously interested. The car has been sensibly priced to reflect any of the defects or faults, so no silly offers.
