This is my 2002 registered Rover Mini Cooper Sport, finished in Solar Red / Silver with a Black / Silver interior. I've owned this Mini for the past 4 years, and it's been a real pride and joy. It's a car that's been genuinely cared for over many years, with a comprehensive history both before and during my ownership. I'm only selling due to young kids and lack of use - it deserves to be driven and enjoyed. This isn't a concours, immaculate show car, but it is a stunning, very well looked after example that presents brilliantly and turns heads everywhere it goes. History & Background: - Registered 01/03/2002 (one of the last Minis produced) - Previously rebuilt using a British Motor Heritage body shell (cert included) - Recorded as CAT C in 2008 (professionally rebuilt - British Motor Heritage Shell BM011155) - Extensive history folder with receipts, invoices, & paperwork dating back to early life. - Paper MOT records back to 2014 (approx. 5,000 miles in 8 years prior to my ownership, and less than 3000 since) - Showing 101k miles, but drives exceptionally well reflecting the care to date. - Currently serviced and MOT until September Condition & Care: - Always garaged and kept covered - Comes with a fitted car cover specific to the Mini - Bodywork and interior are in great condition for age, with the kind of minor imperfections you'd expect from a well-used classic - Mechanically strong and regularly maintained Upgrades & Enhancements, The car has been tastefully upgraded over time, including: - K&N air filter - Full stainless RC40 & LCB exhaust system - HiLo adjustable suspension with new red spot rubbers - KYB gas adjustable shocks all round - Stainless steel grille and bumpers - MPI headlights and spotlights - Alpine head unit with upgraded Morel speakers (front & rear) Additional upgrades I've carried out: - Rear window tinting - Carbon dash upgrade - Grey Union Jack headlining (Stunner!) - Refurbished steering wheel Recent Maintenance / Parts, Significant service parts replaced over time include: - Water pump, radiator, heater matrix - Brake calipers, discs & pads (Green Stuff) - Rear brake shoes - Clutch kit - Ball joints, stabiliser rubbers - Rear subframe with camber adjusters - Oil and filters changed as required.
