Selling my 2000 Volvo V70 due to getting a new car this week. 2.4 5-cylinder engine - runs smooth and sounds great. Starts and drives well. MOT until November 2026. Recently the fuel pump has started to intermittently play up, so this will need attention. Price reflects this. Engine management light is on. This has been on for around 11 years and has been checked multiple times, including by Volvo specialists and auto electricians. No fault codes present on diagnostics and believed to be a wiring/light fault. Has never affected how the car runs. Extensive service history. The car has been maintained at home by a qualified engineer and mechanic, with all work carried out regularly. Folder full of receipts for parts, servicing, and work done over the years. Solid old Volvo, very comfortable and reliable apart from the above. These engines are known for longevity. Ideal cheap estate, workhorse, or project for someone who knows these cars.
