MOT to 25/03/27 Purchased 14/08/2015 at 27k miles this car has served me well and is now approaching 127k miles. Never smoked in. In that time, the only issues I had were a leaking clutch slave cylinder at 71800 miles, when at the same time as its replacement, the clutch was also replaced and I replaced a failed wheel sensor in 2022. The Service Booklet has services up to 67300 miles when the cambelt and water pump were also replaced. After this I have replaced the oil and filter every July which is more than was strictly necessary. Front tyres were replaced about 300 miles ago for the MOT as were the rear discs and pads. Rear tyres have plenty of life at around 6mm tread depth remaining. All tyres are Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance. The car has picked up a few injuries along the way (see the photos), the worst of which is a cracked bumper following a high-speed altercation with a fox. The crack has been repaired with multiple hot welding staples from the inside and is hardly noticeable from a metre or so away. There is some wear on the driver's seat, 90% of which was caused over a few days by a pair of work trousers with a zipped back pocket. I am selling because my wife has a new car and I am taking over her 2014 Golf which has only done 45k miles.
