Previous owner had replaced the following: There was a weird slight hesitation/loss of power intermittently from acceleration from cold start- we have fixed it as it was only the flexi-pipe to exhaust which has resolved this issue. Rear Brake pads replaced, flexi-pipe which had leak was replaced. Rocker cover gasket was also replaced as the seals were starting to leak.
