2004 Land Rover Defender 110 TD5 I bought this vehicle in 2023 with the intention of restoring it and adding it to my wedding fleet, it has since had all the necessary work carried out but is being sold to fund another bigger project so was never actually put into service. Mechanically she runs well and starts on the button, the previous owner had it remapped so it now drives like a td5 should with plenty of torque. Underneath there has been a new rear galv chassis fitted, as well as a full chassis treatment for the remaining. New springs, shocks and turrets with full replacement of all the brakes, discs, pads, calipers and lines. Wheel adaptors have been fitted for the new defender alloys which really compliment the overall look of the truck. She has been resprayed in her original colour of Caledonian blue, with new wings, doors and grill as well as a galv bumper, mudflaps, side and rear steps plus LED lights all round. Inside a heavy duty bar set not the flimsy stick set has been fitted with an exmoor canvas sand hood, as well as a full interior from lucari with barley leather front seats and cubby plus two 3 man benches in the rear. The finishing touches of wood consist of an exmoor steering wheel and an oak floor in the rear. Ive probably missed a couple of things off but it was built with the intention of doing weddings for my business so we wanted it to look but also drive great, so she's ready now to have some fun in the sun. I did take her for MOT last year which runs until the end of July 2026 but the vehicle is currently sorn and has been dry stored since restoration.
