For sale is a 2005 Audi A4 Avant S line 3.0tdi Quattro automatic (BKN engine code 204bhp - couldn't change description). I bought this car in 2015 as a family car and owned it until 2023 when I needed a ULEZ compliant car at which point my dad used the car from 2023 to now. This has been a fantastic car for our family, great power when needed with good mpg and we'll miss it (we wouldn't be selling if we weren't travelling into ULEZ regularly). Spec on top of the usual S line specification: Xenon headlights RNS e radio and sat nav with Bluetooth add on kit and steering wheel controls Cruise control Colour central dash display Glove box fridge Rear built in sun blinds Bose sound system Full leather, incl electric heated front seats Maintenance history in addition to oil changes and filters: 2017 - timing chain replacement, all 4 chains including guides/tensioners. 2019 - Auto gearbox fluid change with genuine ZF lifeguard oil 2020 - passenger side window regulator 2021 - replacement turbo due to electronic actuator failure, instead of paying to code a new actuator I felt it was better to replace the whole turbo with genuine Borg Worner unit. 2024 - 4 x Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres 2025 - replacement front suspension top arms, driveshaft and new battery 2026 - drivers window regulator This is a 21 year old car with 176,000 miles, whilst the car still looks great it does have age related marks and wear in addition to the following bad points: Both front arches have rust coming through Both front doors have small rust spots by the door blades The bonnet has some lacquer peel starting Rear window tints have bubbling Intermittent engine light on due the EGR valve feedback reed switch fault, EGR works though, just the monitoring system that has an issue Injectors are noisy, but they have been noisy for 11 years and the car runs fine with good mpg Overall though this is a great looking car that has been reliable and a pleasure to own. Best to was driving down to the Alps, averaged 42mpg (at 70/80mph) with a roof box on!
