2012 Seat Alhambra SE 2.0 TDI 170BHP. Diesel, 7 seater, manual, white, 122,764 miles. This is our family car which we've had since 2021, with 1 previous owner. In addition to the SE spec it also came with an upgraded infotainment unit and reversing camera. SE model, sliding doors, multi function steering wheel, Bluetooth hands free, electric windows, DAB radio, front and rear parking sensors, reversing camera, integrated sunblinds in 2nd row, ISOFIX in 2nd and 3rd rows, multiple storage trays/underfloor, factory fitted 150w inverter (230v AC), 2 keys, 17" wheels and more. Comes with original manuals, full service history including timing belt and water pump at 52,024 and 104,000 miles. History with Agnew Seat, where I bought it, then independently and last 2 years by myself. Recent service at MOT this year and also new NSF control arm and OSF spring. Has only had Continental ContiPremiumContact 2 tyres on it as they were OEM and are self sealing. I have got approx 20,000+ out of sets, with front replaced in 2024 and rears in 2025. 4 wheel alignment done last month prior to MOT. Just passed MOT with no advisories. This is an excellent family car, which can seat 7 adults. A lot of SUV's etc are cramped in 3rd row, this has excellent space. Suit another family or even child minder/playgroup, taxi etc. Sliding doors are handy with children. Low miles for the year, we bought it with approx 80,000 and have done just over 40,000. Also nice being the 170bhp version having that little bit more power than the 140bhp for a vehicle of this size. Genuine sale, have bought a new car and don't need this size of car anymore. This is a 2012 car so does have some marks, there's a couple of stone chips to the bonnet and a few marks/stone chips etc, however has never been involved in an accident and doesn't have dents/trolley dings etc. Alloys are in good condition with no keeping scrapes etc. Comes with 2 keys. Roof bars can be included in the sale and only other addition we made was the tow bar with electrics.
